Returns, refunds and cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes things do not quite turn out quite how we would like, and you might wish to cancel and return your order. This policy outlines what can be returned for refund, and how to arrange it.

Your right to cancel

Online purchases are covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations. You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of receiving the goods. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop. Your payment will be refunded within fourteen days of our receiving the returned goods.

How do I cancel my order once it is placed?

To return items, contact us at customerservice@afpmedical.com. Please state the reason for return. You should include the delivery note number or order ID number (this can be found on the confirmation email sent when you placed the order). Return carriage is the responsibility of the customer, unless there is a fault with new equipment.

For warranty returns, we will send you a consignment label by email, or by post, to attach to the return equipment, which must be in secure protective packaging. We will arrange for our delivery partner to call during business hours. We can also offer this service for items returned unwanted, but a small charge is made. Call or email for current costs - our service is very good value.

Your refund will be applied within fourteen days of the goods being received and inspected (usually, much sooner).

Are there exceptions?

Consumable accessories, once opened, cannot be returned for refund. This is for hygiene control. In the unlikely event that consumable accessories are faulty, they will be replaced under the warranty terms.
