We understand that sometimes, things do not quite turn out how we would like, and you might wish to cancel your order and be refunded. This policy outlines what can be returned for refund, and how to arrange it.

Your right to cancel

Online purchases are covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations. You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of receiving the goods. Equipment must be in its original, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your payment will be refunded within fourteen days of getting the goods back.

How do I cancel my order once it is placed?

To return equipment, contact us at customerservice@afpmedical.com. Please state the reason for return. You should include the delivery note number or order ID number (this can be found on the confirmation email sent when you placed the order). Return carriage is the responsibility of the customer, unless there is a fault with new equipment.

For warranty returns, we will send you a consignment label by email, or by post, to attach to the return equipment, which must be in secure protective packaging. We will arrange for our delivery partner to call during business hours. We can also offer this service for items returned unwanted, but a small charge is made. Call or email for current costs - our service is very good value.

Your refund will be applied as soon as the goods have been received and inspected.

Are there exceptions?

Consumable accessories, once opened, cannot be returned for refund. This is for infection control. In the unlikely event that consumable accessories are faulty, they will be replaced under the warranty terms.
